The Group plan includes access to all virtual group sessions
$55 monthly
The Group membership continues month-to-month after the initial three-month commitment
There are no refunds for unused sessions.
While it is our goal to help every patient utilize all of their sessions, it is ultimately each patient’s responsibility to do so.
Payment due regardless of participation/utilization of included services.
All options are offered via Zoom only.
The Group plan includes open access to all group sessions as long as your membership is active. Group sessions are offered twice per week.
The plan may be used only for the patient listed below and is non-transferable.
Your card will be processed for the first month on receipt of this agreement and every month thereafter on approximately the same date.
