Dr. Rachel Oppitz, ND is the owner of Itasca Naturopathic Clinic in Park Rapids, MN. She received her B.A. at Gustavus Adolphus College and her doctorate of naturopathic medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR. She completed a two year family practice residency at Yellowstone Naturopathic Clinic in Billings, MT. She loves working with patients on gut issues and hormone imbalance and her treatment tools include: nutrition (diet & supplements), herbs, homeopathy, and lifestyle modification. Dr. Oppitz also has extensive experience working with patients on treatment options for chronic Lyme disease, mold illness, integrative cancer support, blood sugar dysregulation, allergies, skin issues, asthma, headaches/migraines, anxiety, depression/mood disorders, and heart disease.
